紫外線(ultra violet light)簡單的來說就是有色光(visible light 400 to 700 nm)紫光外的光線，光線其實就是一種波長(wavelength)，而紫外線的波長是UVA (315 to 400 nm), UVB (280 to 315 nm) 和UVC (<280 nm)。

UVC應該會被臭氣層吸收，UVB的傷害在表層皮膚，是造成皮膚變黑及引起皮膚病變的主要光線，而防曬所標示的SPF(sun protection factor)係數就是針對UVB，

至於UVA對皮膚的傷害是比較長期和深層的，更是需要防範的，防曬除SPF標示外也有其他表示，其中PA是國人比較熟悉的是標示UVA的。

PA是日本制定的UVA防護標準，但他不是單純的延長晒黑時間, 而是+號越多，對UVA的防護能力越高。

年關將近，你是否也正準備張羅家中迎春裝飾?

剪紙在在中國民俗中素有母親的藝術之稱，謂"母親的藝術"並非意味男生就不能碰，當男女老少親手拿起剪刀製作起剪紙反倒有著一種親切、溫暖的手藝感。

每 年都會親手剪出一張張自己設計之剪紙圖樣，再分送給親朋好友的奚淞老師，今年則不私藏，特別透過趨勢教育基金會將今年設計之迎春剪紙圖樣供網友們下載，並 精心製作教學，希望大家都能親自動手傳承這一份手藝術；也希望藉此將奚老師想傳達手藝禪的概念分享給各位：透過手藝製作過程中的專注，達到自我禪修定心的 效果。

1. Acceptance Test
   

Release Acceptance Test (RAT)

RAT 又可稱為冒煙測試 (Smoke test),當有一個新的release 產生時,主要是要決定是否要做"進一步的測試"
基本上, RAT模組都包含 進入和離開的Test cases, 主要是測試程式中主要的功能
RAT可以交由RD去做測試,當RD要把程式給QA作測試時,當程式沒有通過RAT測試的話,可以採取以下的步驟
     1.  終止新版本程式的測試, 繼續測試之前版本的,
     2.  跟RD說明新版本失敗的準則
     3.  要求一個新的版本

Functional Acceptance Simple Test (FAST)

FAST跑在每一個Relese上, 用來確認至少在一個設定下關鍵的features可以正確存取,這個FAST可以用來確保TOFT可以執行, 目的就是將程式變成Commad level,並且可以每個command都可以達到預期的結果,舉例來說, FAST針對, Files /Save AS 在Menu command上, 就只是檢查dialog box的展示有沒有錯誤,並不會再去整個存檔的動作

There they found the remains of a fine feast, and soon the two mice were eating up jellies and cakes and all that was nice. Suddenly they heard growling and barking. 'What is that?' said the Country Mouse. 'It is only the dogs of the house,' answered the other. 'Only!' said the Country Mouse. 'I do not like that music at my dinner.' Just at that moment the door flew (fly)(門,窗等)突然打開 open, in came two huge mastiffs大型馴犬;獒, and the two mice had to scamper 奔跑down and run off.

 'Good-bye, Cousin,' said the Country Mouse, 'What! going so soon?' said the other. 'Yes,' he replied; 'Better beans and bacon in peace than cakes and ale麥芽(啤)酒[ in fear.'

A Labourer(勞工) lay listening to a Nightingale's song throughout the summer night. So pleased was he with it that the next night he set a trap for it and captured it. 'Now that I have caught thee你,' he cried, 'thou你 shalt 可always sing to me.' 'We Nightingales never sing in a cage' said the bird. 'Then I'll eat thee.' said the Labourer. 'I have always heard say that a nightingale on toast is a dainty 精緻的morsel小吃.' 'Nay不,否, kill me not,' said the Nightingale; 'but let me free, and I'll tell thee three things far better worth than my poor body.'

 The Labourer let him loose, and he flew up to a branch of a tree and said: 'Never believe a captive's 俘虜promise; that's one thing. Then again: Keep what you have. And the third piece of advice is: Sorrow not over what is lost forever.' Then the song-bird flew away.
